Ahoy lovelies, about time I share my skincare post!!

The spirit of looking absolutely fine and having a good canvas for painting is most vital. I’m always on the hunt for the most powerful affordable elixir and healing potion. Some failed experiments & some magical jar!

 Some flashback stories, I have temperamental skin since I was adolescence especially when I want those grades and do a good job!! Believe it or NOT aiming high has taken a huge toil on my skin. The EVIL modern disease manifests itself in the form known as STRESS is deadly poisonous. One point in my life my dear friends told me I am doing injustice to my face & skin. If I neglect them I’ll neglect myself eventually, the voice keep ringing in my head “Face could be your fortune…don’t throw it away.”

With my supportive bf*hugs & friends I manage to salvage my skin condition.. of course with my dermatologist’s assistant! Go seek a DOC! Hehe

Alright enough about my bumpy past, back to my skincare regime. I kick off with cleanser, exfoliator, treatments, moisturizer & masks.

First off, currently I’m using L’Occitane AlmondApple cleansing oil which is running low to remove my makeup & dirt. Rating 3.5/5 *too runny*not clean enough to remove stubborn mascara & eyeliner but it certainly smells good usd 24~rm82 for 200ml

Gotten my new bottle from L’Occitane Ultra Comforting Cleansing milk for the sensitive skin to gently remove makeup & tone. I redeemed this babeh with my membership points woohoo* easy on the wallet :D rating 4/5 *milky goodness for being non allergic & non fragrance yet performing its  job for usd22~ rm78! Checkout my samples from the SA each sachet is 1ml only T.T  riz rice moisturizer 

More LUSH to come! I got my sis to get me highly rave &all time best sellers exfoliator especially from Yumeko-chan  “Angels on Bareskin” the jap is “Tenshi no yasashisa”. Its now officially my HG scrubs…clean & leave a non drying but good feeling on the skin. I felt like I have undergone an invigorating spa massage with aromatherapy scent. Rating 5/5 godlike Aphrodite exfoliator

The ground almonds exfoliate, lavender oil helps to balance oil production, kaolin (china clay) absorbs oils, rose softens your skin and glycerine helps it to absorb and retain moisture.

Treatment time!! I’m on my 2^nd tube of Khiel’s ACNE BLEMISH CONTROL DAILY SKIN-CLEARING TREATMENT

Super light and it does what it promise luv luv luv lighten scars, zap off re-occurring zits. I luv shopping at Khiel’s checkout the generous samples..each sachet is 5ml each! My lil tube is 30ml the SA gave me 30ml worth of samples too! AMAZING! Rating: 5/5 super powarrr zits killar

I got a complementary bottle of LANCOME –Glenifique Youth Activator from the charity ball I attended with the bf *winks best things in life are free! LoL Sounds to me it’s a potion of youth for the aging skin! Read some reviews from MUA works for some & don’t. I haven’t been experiencing any discomfort BUT will not repurchase its bloody rm350 a bottle for 30ml *chisin


Woohoo my moisturizer tubs! Proud to say I emptied those jars~~ My HG elixir cum moisturizer is none other than L’Occitane Immortelled Precious Cream. Onto my 2^nd jar already, this light wonderful fondant textured improved and heal my post pimple marks. Giveme even skintone and not craters! Almond Apple Velvet Concentrate smells divine however is not nourishing & moisturizing enough for me. But it didn’t breakout on me! Hurrah! RATING 3.5/5 apple goodness

Khiel’s   Sodium PCA oil-free moisturizer is for child’s play! It practically does nothing and not to irritate that’s about it . Heavily disappointed in this plain jack squat tub. No wonder it is rather cheap usd25.50 ~rm70 didn’t manage to finish…yet RATING 2/5 oilfreeness that’s it

MASKs! MASK! All kind for all different conditions & treatment lol

Caudalie VINOPERFECT Radiance Revealing Mask is a fresh peeling mask renews the appearance of skin, tightens the appearance of pores and provides an immediate burst of radiance in just 10 minutes. Hoping this could lighten my blemish marks and brown spots. However I haven’t seen and experience the results that I’m aiming for. Its high price at usd42~ rm 160 *ouch RATING 3/5 for wine smell..

L’Occitane Red Rice Purifying Mask It dries on skin gently, purifies the skin and ensures a long lasting matte and velvet finish. Clay mask that does a good job absorbing the excess sebum and pore cleansing..i need this whenever is TOM!! Its going for usd 24~rm116 RATING 4/5 rice powar

 

Nuskin Creamy Hydrating masque has cactus ingredient which to my fancy *hehe apparently has high healing properties. I’m done with this tube and would repurchase as its comforting while hydrating and gives radiance after wash off..about usd23~rm80 RATING 4/5 creamy hydrating!

 

Last green tube is O’SLEE  Oil Controlling Sleeping Mask …I didn't notice any result for clearing acne..rating 2.5/5

MYBEAUTYDIARY masks haul~~

I guess nobody who is a beautyblogger has ever missed out this legendary sheet mask!! I’m a sucker for pretty packaging & read many good reviews about these GEMS. I bought the Sakura and Mixed berries masks…for whitening & hydration for usd 12 rm40 per box with 10pieces..RATING 3.7/5 hydration madness ..really lack the long lasting hydration feeling lol

AT last I’m done with my skincare regime…phew**

Time for FOTD! I went for a charity ball with the bf last 2 weekends ago..

The dresscode is black tie!!

I have never experience solid shampoo before ..and i liked it~~

Exotic floral inspiration to make dull hair shiny

A lovely white shampoo bar with gold sparkly bits (not loads, just enough to leave a couple of sparkles in your hair) * nothing at all hehe on the hair

Ultimate helps hair shine by using spicy elemi and ylang ylang oils to balance your scalp's oil production. Deliciously sweet violet leaf oil is said to relieve anger and anxiety so you can shine socially too. ** such a funny description shine socially among peers lol

wow solid shampoo can generate so much FOAM too :)

Glide nicely while i massage my scalp and my hair doesn't entangle that much...

However once I have rinse-off, left a dry & unruly hair texture whereby conditioner is a MUST.

I read the same feedback from MUA. I really like the soft scent - from the essential oil.

Great as a shampoo and need a good conditioner to soften the hair

yumm yumm creamy texture with tiny black seedlike - i think from the bananas hohoho!

Vanilla-almond custard soothes thirsty, angry skin * i luv custards yummy!

At first glance, Sympathy for the Skin lotion looks like vanilla bean custard. Slather it on and your body heat reacts with the vanilla to release delicate wafts of sandalwood and subtle undertones of almond. It has raw organic scent *greeny or nutty perhaps

I SWEAR BY IT! light weight texture easily spread & massage & squeeze squeeze .

not too greasy slimey after feeling. The scent is heavenly romantic - kinda like creme brulee yumm

Loccitane could be tooo floral or sweeet *overwhelming scent..empower my perfume *especially the greentea :P

I hardly much junkies nowadays, substitution to satisfy my munching crunching mid day snacks i now will opt for muesli, granola & cereal...with a dallop of yogurt & frozen berries at times!

here my halfbag full mix muesli from Mornflake - got this giganto bag from melb haha

i bought all sorts of crazy stuff from melb my last trip..brie Camembert cheese, dips, manuka honey, fresh nougat etc

Fullhouse theme cafe kawaii & Maxi Dress

I found a pretty Theme Cafe called FULLHOUSE!
It's based on the korean drama-like popularized by Rain.
We were greeted by the old school mini cooper ..vintage with Paul Smith stripes inside

The main hall was adorned with romantic chandelier and every furniture was in white- pure & dainty. There are white roses & lilies decorated here & there

Fullhouse cafe menu has a good range of western-italian.
We ordered the grilled dory fish with mash potato. Comes in decent presentation

Chicken sausage as appetizer.
We didn't take the rest of the food photos as its not the main attraction hehe

The 2nd floor has a fashion corner from Korea. I can't help but to checkout their apparels & got myself a little something ;) You can notice the white Victorian theme decor.

1. Paul & Joe eye primer

2. Maquillage gel, spread the pearl white & silver all over eyelids & browbone

3. Paul & Joe ashy darkBrown on the crease- eye socket area

4. Paul & Joe Gold blend across the eyelids for sublte touch & shimmers

5. Paul & Joe Black shadow to create the depth and smokeh effect

For the Juicy lips, used the stila brush to pick the rosepink color from Smashbox lippie in Style

then spread KIT orangie lipgloss to create the plump lips effect *pucker up

*KIT is an australia brand and the color code is "HOT RIGHT NOW" *

ohh its been a long time since i last use falsie lashie...

felt like being a tad dramatic and seductive this weekend...*smirk

i think they look naturale on me..not to LOUD
